Zhinvali HPP is a plant with annual regulation, located in Dusheti region in the settlement Zhinvali, on the river Aragvi. Its installed capacity is 134 MW.

Average annual capacity is 350 kW/h. Zhinvali HPP water storage pool supplies Tbilisi with drinking water.

The plant was put into operation in 1985.
