COMPUTER STIMULATION OF ESTABLISHED MODES OF POWER NETWORKS

N.TURKIA, T. BAKHTADZE, V. AKHALADZE
(Georgia)

Integral mathematical model for the computer design of the established normal and emergency modes in data base control systems is elaborated.

The problems of identifying active parameters of normal and emergency modes are based on the same equations but qualitatively they differ from one another quite significantly. The quality of power is most important in identifying normal mode parameters. Therefore, any decision cannot be considered as satisfactory and consequently it is necessary affect the problem solving process which is reflected in the elaborated model.

Based on the proposed model, using symmetrical component method, it is possible to develop the algorithm for designing any type of asymmetric emergency mode.

ECOLOGICAL EVALUATION OF DIFFERENT FUELS FROM THE VIEWPOINT OF GREENHOUSE EFFECT

K.KOKIAURI, B.KOKIAURI, SH.MESTVIRISHVILI
(Georgia)

The quantity of greenhouse gas released during perfect combustion of different fuels comparing with the received heat energy is evaluated in the work. The mentioned values have been compared with each other and are given in the form of a diagram. Besides, the article discusses the advantage of methane as automobile fuel comparing with petrol. The results of testing of an automobile working on natural gas are given as well.
